J’s Layer Cake is a traditional cake generally found in Borneo Island and has multiple layered colours. It needs lots of patience and fine artwork.
Otherwise know as 'Sarawak layer cake' has a high, firm texture and the layers are fastened together with jam or a similarly sticky sweet substance.
