As part of the council’s continued commitment to Watford Market, works are underway revitalising the current space and trading units. Working with Market Asset Management (MAM), all vacant units will be renovated, there’ll be better signage and signposting that highlights the diverse and eclectic retail offer inside.

Refreshed branding and new planting will also enhance the character and ambiance of the space. The council has committed £250,000 to help with the makeover and other uses for the revamped market space, which includes a community café, seating area and pop-up shops where a range of different traders can sell their goods.
